Tim has over 25 years experience in carpentry, having built more than 35 houses in Whistler. In 1995 he formed his own company with crew, completing foundation and framing contracts. In 2004 grew the company to General Contractor, specializing in high-end custom home building. To date he has completed 5 signature home builds from start to finish. His experience, organizational skills and hands on approach has given Tim the ability to ensure the quality of craftsmanship is held to the highest level, that the project management with both client and sub trades is coordinated and communicated, thus producing a home that is finished on budget and on time. Staying up-to-date in the ever changing building coeds, techniques, products and trends has given Tim the competitive edge in a resort town that keeps him busy year round.

Born and raised in Vancouver's North Shore, Tim attended private school which he accredits to his work ethic that enforces his motto of 'work first, play second.' Growing up in the RVYC learning to sail while exploring the BC coast line. Moving to Whistler at 18 years, became an avid snowmobiler & mountain biker. A family man, athlete and business man he has a great passion for all aspects of his life.
